BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Upon payment of the $200 booking fee, The Foxy Photo Booth reserves the time and date agreed upon and will not make other reservations for The Foxy Photo Booth for the scheduled time and date. For this reason the booking fee is non-refundable if the function is cancelled or the date is changed.
  2. Signing of this contract and full payment is due one month prior to the function.
  3. The client is liable for any damage or loss caused by guests to The Foxy Photo Booth.
  4. The client must provide a 4 meter x 2 meter, clear indoor space with a nearby power outlet. The ideal placement would be against the wall, in a corner.
  5. It is understood that the files remain the property of The Foxy Photo Booth.
  6. It is agreed that The Foxy Photo Booth reserves exclusive use of digital files & reproductions. The Foxy Photo Booth will make reasonable effort to make contact before using any image for any printed publication.
  7. All care will be taken with the equipment used at the function. However, in the event of any unforeseen equipment malfunction or other unintended action resulting in the complete loss of photographic images The Foxy Photo Booth will refund all payments made.
  8. The Foxy Photo Booth will provide staff to assure the booth runs smoothly on your special night.
  9. You may have unlimited photos taken during your hire period, this means two photo strips per photo. (If you have paid for Extra Prints, you will receive 4 photo strips.)
  10. The Foxy Photo Booth will provide props for the night.
